<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which allows a user to accurately convey an operation instruction to a device to be controlled through a radio remote control device. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication module remotely controls a device to be controlled by sending control data for controlling the device to be controlled through radio communication. The radio communication module comprises a communication unit for outputting control data as a radio signal, a communication control unit for making the communication unit re-outputting control data as a radio signal until a response signal is received if the response signal indicating the device to be controlled has received control data has not been received from the device to be controlled, and a data buffer for buffering one or more pieces of new control data to be sent to the device to be controlled during time from moment when control data has been sent to moment when a response signal is received.
