<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reactor capable of solving a problem of cracking, which may be occurred in a reactor core at molding and can be caused by directly resin molding a bobbin around the reactor core. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a reactor 10, a magnetic core (reactor core 4) is formed by filling magnetic powder J in a concave 1a of a first insulator 1 extended in almost annular shape whose cross section surface is in a concave shape; a second insulator 2 whose shape corresponds to the first insulator 1 is arranged so as to cover the opening of the concave 1a; a bobbin 3 made of the first and second insulators 1 and 2 is formed to close the magnetic core (reactor core 4); and coils 5 are formed around the bobbin 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
