PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract accurately a region with an extraction color from each RGB color image even if a plurality of the RGB color images have variations in brightness.

SOLUTION: An image processing device 1 is a device for extracting a region with a preliminarily designated extraction color from an RGB color image. The image processing device 1 has a color specification part 14 and a color extraction part 12. The color specification part 14 designates the extraction color. A ratio of an RGB value of the extraction color is considered as a reference ratio, and the color extraction part 12 extracts a specified pixel whose ratio of an RGB value is the same as the reference ratio from the RGB color image.
