The present invention provides a method and device for failure compensation of an active antenna, and an active antenna device. The method includes detecting respective Digital Beam-forming (DBF) coefficients of multi-channel transceiving channels in real time; when occurrence of a failure is detected in any transceiving channel, acquiring the current group DBF coefficients of the multi-channel transceiving channels in current failure state and corresponding failure mode information; with preset optimization algorithm, performing optimization processing on the current group DBF coefficients to compute and obtain first group DBF coefficients more suitable for the failure mode information compared with the current group DBF coefficients; according to the first group DBF coefficients, performing update on the DBF coefficients of each transceiving channel. The embodiments of the present invention enable, without the premise of performing considerable preparing computing operations, the active antenna to obtain, by automatically solving, the optimized DBF coefficient values, and allocate the values to each transceiving channel automatically; thereby the performance of the whole active antenna device is adjusted, and the influence from failed transceiving channels to the performance of the active antenna is reduced.
