<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded product in which the surface of a terminal board is exposed, and an electrode plate extended from the terminal board is subjected to insert-molding, wherein the surface of the terminal board is prevented from being covered with an injection molding resin. <P>SOLUTION: A nut 1 is contained in a concave part 7 of a resin nut holder 2. The resin nut holder 2 includes a first step part 11 having a depth in the direction of thickness of the terminal board 4, at the open part of the concave part 7. A terminal board 4 is fitted into the first step part 11 and brought into contact with the bottom of the first step part 11 and held. Accordingly, the terminal board 4 is opposed to the surface of the nut 1 in a manner that the position of a bolt insertion hole 3 of the terminal board 4 corresponds to the position of a threaded hole 3 of the nut 1, and an electrode plate 5 extended integrally from the terminal board 4 and having an L-like cross sectional shape is opposed to the outer side surface of the resin nut holder 2, thus an assembly is formed. The assembly is subjected to insert molding in a state where the surface of the terminal board 4 is isolated from a molding cavity, so that a resin molded product in which part of the resin nut holder 2 and the electrode plate 5 are buried in resin is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
