<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like heat pipe structure which has mechanical strength and in the heat pipe of which a circulating flow route of a working fluid can be ensured and wide space of the heat pipe can be ensured. <P>SOLUTION: The plate-like heat pipe structure includes: a tubular body 21 including a wall unit 211 which surrounds the periphery of the tubular body tabularly and continuously and comprises an upper plate part and a lower plate part opposed to the upper plate part; a chamber 212 includes the working fluid in the tubular body 21; a sintered support layer 22 including a plurality of columnar bodies 221 which are arranged in the chamber 212 and the upper end of each of which is bonded to the upper plate part and the lower end of each of which is bonded to the lower plate part, and which are erected between the upper plate part and the lower plate part; and a capillary structure layer 23 arranged on the inside surface of the wall unit 211 in the chamber 212. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
