CONTENT ACQUISITION DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content acquisition device, a method, and a program to certainly determine whether an object Web site is a site that allows automatic determination of categories.

SOLUTION: The content acquisition device comprises: an acquisition part 11 for accessing an object Web site with a first Web browser that is capable of access to Web sites written in a prescribed language to acquire content description data from the Web site; a storage part 12 for storing the content description data acquired from the acquisition part 11; and a control part 13 for accessing a terminal device having a second Web browser that is capable of access to Web pages written in a language different from the prescribed language as well to start up the second Web browser, and controlling the content description data stored in the storage part 12 to be displayed on the second Web browser.
