<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting method for a component mounting device, and the component mounting device drastically improve a mounting efficiency by expanding the opportunity of a simultaneous parallel operation with a narrowed interference area for a plurality of component mounting heads. <P>SOLUTION: The component mounting device comprises a plurality of component transferring devices each including: a component mounting head for mounting a component on a substrate; a head moving beam supporting the component mounting head movably to one axis direction, and being movable to another axis; and a head drive mechanism for driving the component mounting head and the head moving beam. The component mounting method for the component mounting device includes: a step for obtaining a moving schedule range of each component mounting head; and a step for obtaining the interference area in which respective moving schedule ranges overlay. A moving schedule range AR1 is a sum of a plurality of rectangular areas ab1, ah1 and ah2 covered by the passed outlines of a component mounting head 51 and a head moving beam 45, each side being in parallel with orthogonal two axes (X axis and Y axis), when the component mounting head 51 is moved to entire mounting points P1-P3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
