<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an environment to a desired one to obtain latitude when a person spends time in a living situation with slow pace, where the person sufficiently satisfies with only information obtained from a television, a radio and a newspaper, and the person desires for latitude against an electromagnetic wave poured for information collection of a living situation in an information society. <P>SOLUTION: An aluminum conductor is set to be a lead wire and it is just placed in a room. Thus, it resonates to much electromagnetic waves poured for information collection of the living situation. The electromagnetic wave is made straight and it is changed to a simple electromagnetic wave.
