<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path member for a liquid ejection head having high utilization efficiency of a space in the flow path member, the liquid ejection head using the same, and a recording apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The flow path member 4 for the liquid injection head includes a first plate 21 having the recession and the projection on the upper and lower surfaces, and a second plate 22 joined to the projection on the lower surface of the first plate 21. An inside of the recession 21a on the upper surface of the first plate 22 is used as a liquid pressurizing chamber, a space between the first plate 21 and the second plate 22 is used as a manifold 5, the liquid pressurizing chamber and the manifold 5 are connected through a drawn part 12, and a liquid delivery hole 8 is connected to the liquid pressurizing chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
