<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for injection-molding a resin-made pulley, capable of improving the molding stability of a resin member by efficiently supplying a molten resin into a cavity in spite of a simple structure, and also capable of enhancing the production efficiency by reducing the amount of a disposal resin member filled in a resin filling passage, the disposal resin member being a spool and runner portion which does not become a product. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: the cavity 50 in which a bearing 11 is disposed in injection molding and which is formed according to the shape of the resin member 20; and the resin filling passage 60 for filling the molten resin to the cavity 50. The resin filling passage 60 has a spool 62 to which the molten resin is supplied and a runner 63 which is connected to the spool 62 to fill the molten resin supplied to the spool 62 to the cavity 50.
