<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of clamping and holding a solution sample between two translucent members even when the solution sample is a minute amount, in order to measure light transmitted through the solution sample. <P>SOLUTION: By using one translucent member 34 having a dripping area 34A where the solution sample S is dripped and a liquid repellent area 34B surrounding the dripping area 34A, first, the minute amount of the solution sample S is dripped to the dripping area 34A. Then, the solution sample S is covered with the other translucent member 36, and an interval (L) between the one translucent member 34 and the other translucent member 36 is kept in a predetermined size. The liquid repellent area 34B is covered with a liquid repellent material, and the minute amount of the solution sample S is held in the state of being brought into contact with both of the two translucent members 34 and 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
