<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure for deck boards which can enlarge accommodation volume of storage section under a luggage compartment more than conventional one in spite of a structure of extending seat rails to the side of the storage section under the luggage compartment and which can reduce cost as no reinforcement material is needed on the deck boards. <P>SOLUTION: Long slide rails 14, on which third row seats 70 slide, are straddled over the storage section 56 so as to extend along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
