<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crankshaft bearing device capable of suppressing decrease in durability of a crank shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The crankshaft bearing device 1 includes the crank shaft 3 connected to a piston 2, and a rolling bearing 5 rotatably supporting the crank shaft 3. The outer peripheral surface of a journal 3a of the crankshaft 3 is covered with an annular member 20 made of a steel material, and the annular member 20 is internally fitted to the rolling bearing 5. An inner raceway face 20a where rollers 12 of the rolling bearing 5 rotate is formed on the outer periphery of the annular member 20, and surface hardness of the inner raceway face 20a is controlled to HRC 57 or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
