<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for oil-based ballpoint pens which has soft and smooth feeling due to low voltage, enables writing even at a low temperature and thus exhibits superior stability, and is free from leakage of ink. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition for oil-based ballpoint pens comprises: 25-40 wt.% of a coloring agent; 3.5-5 wt.% of a binder resin containing a PVB resin and a PVP resin; 45-61.5 wt.% of a primary solvent with a high boiling point; and 10-15 wt.% of a secondary solvent with a low boiling point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
