<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reducing free fatty acid in a fat emulsion containing prostaglandin E1 as an active ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The method reduces free fatty acid in a fat emulsion containing prostaglandin E1 as an active ingredient. The method of reducing free fatty acid includes a step for obtaining a fat emulsion having a pH of 4.5-6.5 by heat-sterilization after including a phospholipid containing phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidyl glycerol (PG) (here, in the phospholipid, the ratio of PC:PG is 85:15-99.7:0.3) and filling the emulsion in a glass made airtight container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
