<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying device and a document conveying device, which can reduce a conveying load without being enlarged in its size. <P>SOLUTION: The document conveying device has a turn guide 30, which guides a document to be conveyed so as to roughly invert it, and a pair of upstream conveying rollers 33 and 34 and a pair of downstream conveying rollers 35 and 36, which are provided upstream and downstream of the turn guide 30. For the pair of upstream conveying rollers 33 and 34 and the pair of downstream conveying rollers 35 and 36, the rollers, which are arranged inside a reversing arc, are the position-fixed rollers 33 and 35, and the rollers, which are arranged outside, are the position-turning rollers 34 and 36, which can turn around the axes of the positioned-fixed rollers arranged inside. Besides, for the pair of upstream conveying rollers 33 and 34 and the pair of downstream conveying rollers 35 and 36, the position-turning rollers 34 and 36 turn around the position-fixed rollers 33 and 35 so that an angle made by the entry direction of a sheet and the sending direction of it may be smaller when the sheet enters its nip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
