<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for treating or preventing climacteric disorder. <P>SOLUTION: The composition contains one or more selected from the group comprising Platycodi Radix extract and Cynanchum wilfordii extract as effective components and further contains one or more selected from the group comprising calcium, arginine, lycine. The above extracts hardly generate adverse effects such as generation of cancer compared to an estrogen substitute used for hormone substitute medical treatment up to now exhibits an excellent estrogen secretion promoting effect and the regeneration and proliferation effects of female genital organ tissue cells, and can be applied to various symptoms of women after perimenopause who do not secrete sufficient extrogen, and has little inpurity and high content of effective components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
