<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod body for a fishing rod allowing production of smooth rod actions with proper accent, and having easy visibility of a strike. <P>SOLUTION: The rod body is applied from a tip rod to an upper butt section other than the butt rod, and is prepared by winding a fiber-reinforced resin sheet obtained by impregnating a reinforcing fiber group with a matrix resin around an elongated rod-like core metal. When the fiber-reinforced resin sheet 1 is wound around the core metal 2, one side LS1 of the fiber-reinforced resin sheet 1 is formed into a parallel straight-line state so as to be a state parallel to the axial direction of the core metal 2, and the other sides LS2 and LS3 opposing to the one side LS1 are formed into such a state that the other sides are separated from the one side and assume a curved shape as the other sides are directed from the tip rod end side toward the end of the rod butt side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
