<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-display device which facilitates setting of a small display in a large display. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-display device comprises: a display signal input section that receives a first display signal to display plural displays in a vertical/horizontal direction in entire of a large display, and a second display signal to display at least one of the small displays constituting the large display on entire of the small display; a display section constituting the large display, which selectively displays the first display signal or the second display signal; a display control section that controls the display on the display section; a position holding section that holds a position of the display section in the large display as a display unit; and a set data receiving section that receives a layout of the small displays in the large display as data representing the position and size in a display unit.
