<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool capable of performing fine torque adjustment in the vicinity of the lower limit of transmission torque, and to provide a power tool capable of transmitting the whole of torque of a motor to a tip tool in the vicinity of the upper limit of the transmission torque. <P>SOLUTION: This power tool is a rotating tool including a motor, a planet gear rotated by the motor, a ring gear engaging with the planet gear, an elastic body energizing the ring gear, and a rotatable clutch ring capable of compressing the elastic body.
