<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control device the charging method of which can be suited to a traveling environment, even if a traveling environment changes until the next departure, and to provide a vehicle with the charge control device. <P>SOLUTION: In a charge control unit ECU 10, a departure time recognition unit 12 recognizes a next departure time on the basis of running history information stored in a running history information database 11. An outsider information acquisition unit 20 and an insider information acquisition unit 30 acquire environment information about outside environment of the vehicle. When a charge controller 14 can forecast a change in a driving environment at the next departure time on the basis of the acquired environmental information, the charge controller 14 makes a charging plan corresponding to the change in the driving environment, to charge a battery 2 from an external power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
