<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a newly structured fixed quantity discharging device which can perform a stable filling operation over a long period of time, even when filling a liquid containing fiber or pulp components, in a liquid filling device. <P>SOLUTION: The fixed quantity discharging device includes: a fixed quantity mechanism having a filling cylinder and a filling piston; a suction-side valve disposed in a piping path on a side for supplying the liquid to the filling cylinder; and a discharge-side valve disposed in the piping path on a side for discharging the liquid from the filling cylinder. In each of the valves, a disk-like rotary table having a flow path hole rotates while forming a sliding surface between itself and a housing, in a circular housing having the flow path hole, and when the flow path hole of the rotary table aligns with the flow path hole of the housing, the valve is made an open state, meanwhile, when the holes do not align with each other, the valve is made a closed state, further, when shifting from the open state to the closed state, the valve functions to shear the solid matter in the liquid at the flow path hole part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
