<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of any refractory of magnesia quality being a coating material when the refractory of magnesia quality is coated on an operational surface of a castable. <P>SOLUTION: In an execution method of a tundish 1 in which a refractory 5 of magnesia quality is executed on an operational surface 4a of a castable 4 executed on the tundish 1, a plurality of uneven members 20 having the size of a corresponding inscribed circle of the diameter of 100-200 mm while portions of one half or more have the height H of 2-5 mm are executed on the operational surface 4a of the castable 4 at the pitch P of 100-200 mm, and then, the refractory 5 of magnesia quality is executed on the operational surface 4a of the castable 4 on which the uneven members 20 are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
