<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus miniaturizing a distal end by preventing to the utmost a rack gear from jumping out forward from a rotating member in configuration of turning an observation optical system held to the rotating member using the rack gear. <P>SOLUTION: The medical apparatus includes an imaging part having at least the observation optical system 1; the rotating member 2 adjusting the visual field direction of the observation optical system 1 by being rotatable from 0° to 90° by a gear 2n while holding the imaging part; a first rack gear part 3 meshed with the gear 2n with forward movement to rotate the rotating member 2 in one direction R1 from 0° to 30°; and a second rack gear part 4 juxtaposed independently of the first rack gear part 3 and meshed with the gear 2n with forward movement to rotate the rotating member 2 in the one direction R1 from 30° to 90°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
