<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the diversity and flexibility of a decoded traffic message in a traffic information client device. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device constituted so as to actuate as a traffic information client device, comprises an interface (11) adapted to receive a traffic information message capable of being equipped with a position code for distinguishing a position of a traffic event, a memory (12), and a relation type database (20) stored in the memory and equipped with at least an first set relation (102) including at least one relation (120, 121) directly or indirectly associating the position code with the position information, and a processing unit (13) adapted to refer to the relation type database (20) by the position code received with the traffic information message for searching the associated position information from the relation type database (20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
