SNUBBER CIRCUIT, CHOPPER CIRCUIT, DC/DC CONVERTER, AND FUEL CELL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology concerning a snubber circuit.

SOLUTION: A snubber circuit is connected to a snubber capacitor on a cathode side of a snubber diode. Capacitance of the snubber capacitor and junction capacitance of the snubber diode are so adjusted as to cancel out a charged electric charge with an accumulated electric charge based on a recovery characteristic of the snubber diode by a reverse bias caused by the charged electric charge of the snubber capacitor after stopping electrification of the snubber circuit.
