4-Hydroxyquinoline-3-amide derivatives represented by formula I, isomers, racemates, optical isomers, pharmaceutical salts or solvates thereof are disclosed, wherein X, Y, R1-R5 are defined as in the description. The preparation methods for said compounds, the compositions containing said compounds and uses thereof in the manufacture of medicaments for preventing and/or treating autoimmune diseases and/or disorders relevant to immune system functional disorders are also disclosed.
