PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a content distribution service that is approved for implementation for respective contents to move contents to a removable storage medium while holding copy right.

SOLUTION: A content acquisition device 100 comprises: a content reception part 107 for acquiring contents from a content server 200 through a network 115; a takeover information reception part 107 for acquiring takeover propriety information of copy right associated with when a content is moved to a removable storage medium 114, which is defined for respective contents, from the content server before a license for moving the acquired content is acquired; a takeover information presentation part 103 for presenting propriety of moving a content while holding copy right, to a user according to the acquired takeover propriety information; and a license reception part 113 for acquiring a license for moving from a license server 300 when an instruction for moving a content to the removable storage medium is received from a user.
