PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of screening a useful ADAM action inhibiting substance, a method of holding a pseudopodium, a pseudopodium holding agent, a method of screening a pseudopodium control substance, and an ADAM action inhibitor.

SOLUTION: The ADAM action inhibitor contains at least one as an effective component selected from compositions or their salts having a structure with a nitrogen atom constituting one amino group in alkyl polyamine or a derivative thereof linked to an isoquinoline framework with or without interposition of a linker.
