<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection relay system with a function to accurately synchronize sampling timing even when there is a difference in upstream and downstream transmission delay time. <P>SOLUTION: A protection relay system includes: phase difference calculation means 2 to calculate a phase difference between a phase generated by shifting a phase of first current data by 180 degrees and a phase of second current data; setting means 3 to calculate a target value to eliminate a sampling synchronization error to be caused by upstream and downstream transmission delay time difference based on the phase difference, and set the calculated target value; and sampling synchronization control means 4 to perform sampling synchronization control so that difference between time TM, taken for a first protection relay system to receive data of a specific position on a transmission format of a second protection relay system from a specific position on a transmission format of the first protection relay system, and time TF, taken for the second protection relay system to receive data of a specific position on a transmission format of the first protection relay system from a specific position on a transmission format of the second protection relay device, becomes the target value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
