<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently train a component code mapping tool with which user interface elements of a software application (SA) are mapped to each code. <P>SOLUTION: According to the method, a use case (UC) of a series of SA is accessed, selecting a part of UC satisfying a predetermined condition of the ratio of the good degree to the cost of the series of UC. In the case of the calculation of the ratio of the good degree to cost, second cost which is the sum of first costs relating to a user action of UC is calculated with respect to each UC belonging to the part of UC. Then, the third cost which is the sum of the second costs is calculated. With respect to each user interface element, a first good degree showing the level of user action coverage which is brought about with respect to the user interface element of the part of UC is calculated. Then, the second good degree which is the sum of the first good degrees is calculated.
