<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw detection device capable of highly accurately and continuously capturing fine signals inside an inspection target structure without enlarging the device. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flaw detection device inspects a flaw generated in an inspection target structure arranged in a liquid without contact by adjusting a focus position by an electronic control of a phased array probe for which a plurality of vibrators are linearly arrayed. The phased array probe includes a transmission phased array probe 1 for transmitting an ultrasonic beam to the inspection target structure and a reception phased array probe 2 for receiving the ultrasonic beam from the inspection target structure with being arranged side by side, and is provided with beam axis intersection position varying means 3 for mechanically varying the intersection position of the ultrasonic beam axes of the transmission phased array probe 1 and the reception phased array probe 2 matched with a focus position adjusted by the electronic control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
