<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique relating to a composition for anti-Acanthamoeba having anti-amoeba activity (amoeba killing effect and inhibitory effect to cyst formation) to Acanthamoeba, and especially to provide an agent for prevention and amelioration of Acanthamoeba corneal inflammation to which there has not been a specific medicine. <P>SOLUTION: The agent (eye drop, contact lens care solution and the like) for prevention and amelioration of Acanthamoeba corneal inflammation contains the composition for anti-Acanthamoeba having lactoferrin or lactoferricin as an effective component to solve the problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
