<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device for more appropriately increasing power supply voltage to a predetermined voltage depending on the number of integrated circuit chips that operate with voltage supplied from a boost power supply circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes a channel number detection circuit 50 for detecting, when an output terminal voltage Vpgm drops during boost switching control for controlling a transistor N2 is performed such that the output terminal voltage Vpgm reaches a voltage V2, the number Nch of operating channels based on the dropped output terminal voltage Vpgm, and a switching control circuit 70 for performing boost switching control by using clock signals CLK for controlling on-time and off-time which are adjusted based on the number Nch of operating channels.
