<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof motor in which a waterproof function can be fully secured on a wiring part. <P>SOLUTION: When an output axis 6 is provided on one end of a motor housing 1 having a cylindrical part 2 in the axial direction, a lower opening (a first wiring part) 23 for wiring is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 2 of the motor housing 1 while a back opening (a second wiring part) 24 for wiring is provided on the other end in the axial direction opposite to the output axis 6 of the motor housing 1. If a waterproof function cannot be fully secured on the first wiring part provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 2 of the motor housing 1, wiring to the external area is performed via the second wiring part provided on the other end in the axial direction opposite to the output axis with less risk of water immersion, so that a waterproof function can be fully secured on the wiring part.
