<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate testing and measurement without an influence of unnecessary electromagnetic waves and the like by eliminating input/output of the unnecessary electromagnetic waves and the like, in a device for testing and measuring a machine to be tested within a shield box. <P>SOLUTION: An electrical-to-optical signal converter 106 for converting an electrical control signal for testing a machine 201 to be tested, from a tester 215 to an optical signal and a light emitting element 105 for receiving the optical signal are provided on the outside of a shield box 220, and a hole 104 through which the optical signal from the light emitting element 105 is transmitted is provided on a wall surface 209 of the shield box, and a light receiving element 103 for receiving the optical signal from the light emitting element 105 through the hole 104 on the wall of the shield box is provided on the inside of the shield box 220, and an optical-to-electrical signal converter 102 for converting the optical signal from the light receiving element 102 to an electrical signal is provided, and the machine 201 to be tested is tested by the electrical signal from the optical-to-electrical signal converter 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
