<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a troublesome of a filter cleaning adhered and accumulated with oil or dust. <P>SOLUTION: A range food has: a hood 2 that is provided above or around a cooling device and that has a suction port 1, a discharge port 4 in communication with the outside and an exhaust device 5 inside; a filter 10 in which a driving section 9 is connected ahead of a blast casing 6 placed at a ventilation path 7 which connects the suction port 1 and the discharge port 4 through the exhaust device 5; a cleaning casing 11 that surrounds the filter 10; a nozzle 15 that includes a plurality of ejecting holes 12; a water supply section 18 that supplies water to the nozzle 15; a section 20 for collecting waste water dispersed inside the cleaning casing 11; and a partition wall 21 including the nozzle 15 arranged from the center side 13 of a filter 10 toward a circumferential end side 14 of the filter 10 and allowing the cleaning casing 11 to have a water storage mechanism.An opening of the filter 10 has a radial slit shape, thereby removing stains on a filter 10 easily without detaching the filter 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
