摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a raw material to be charged into a blast furnace, with which strength and reducibility of an iron ore in charging thereof into the blast furnace can be improved as a result of a higher plastic content in the iron ore compared to that in conventional ones achieved by infiltrating plastic into the iron ore containing crystallization water so as to convert the same into the raw material to be charged into the blast furnace. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the raw material to be charged into the blast furnace comprises: a step of heating the iron ore containing crystallization water so as to thermally decompose and remove the crystallization water, thereby producing pores inside the iron ore; and a step of infiltrating molten plastic into the pores produced inside the iron ore, thereby producing the iron ore infiltrated with plastic. Here, the temperature at which the molten plastic is infiltrated into the iron ore is equal to or lower than the temperature at which the crystallization water is thermally decomposed and removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
