<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainer having a simple structure, which can be easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: A drainer 40 in contact with the surface of a drainer fixing member 39 of a wall body 3 comprises a vertical piece 44 that is fixed with a nail 43, an inside drainer piece 45 that is folded from the lower end of the vertical piece 44 toward an obliquely upward direction, a horizontal piece 46 that is approximately horizontally folded from the upper end of the inside drainer piece 45 and extends toward an external direction, and an outside drainer piece 47 that is folded from the front end of the horizontal piece 46 in a downward direction. A discontinuous inside ventilation hole 45a located at the lower end of a vent layer S between the wall body 3 and an exterior panel 4 is provided at a vicinity of the lower end of the inside drainer piece 45. The upper end of the inside drainer piece 45 is located on the external side of the reverse face of the exterior panel 4.
