<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance code generation circuit, along with a semiconductor device equipped with it and a method of setting a termination impedance value of the semiconductor device, capable of determining an accurate setting value for correcting an impedance value by a simple method, allowing accurate correction on the impedance value by utilizing the setting value. <P>SOLUTION: The impedance code generation circuit includes a first code generation part 310 which compares a voltage of a calibration node with a reference voltage VREF to generate a first impedance code PCODE, a code changing part 320 which calculates the first impedance code according to the setting value to generate a changed impedance code, and a second code generation part 330 which generates a second impedance code NCODE based on the changed impedance code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
