<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an auxiliary cutter for alternately providing a deep and shallow grooves for cutting auxiliary lines formed on a film. <P>SOLUTION: Films 10 and 15 to be a packaging material 1 for packaging a target object are sandwiched between a horn 200 to be given a predetermined frequency ultrasonic wave, and a receiving member 210. In this state, the films 10 and 15 are melted by giving the horn 200 the ultrasonic wave to form groove-like cutting auxiliary lines 11 and 16 on the films 10 and 15. At least a width in one direction of front end 212 of the receiving member 210 sandwiching the films 10 and 15 together with the horn 200, is made narrower as it goes for the front end. The films 10 and 15 have printing discontinuously made on the lines on which the cutting auxiliary lines 11 and 16 are to be formed. While the receiving member 210 and the horn 200 sandwich the films, the horn 200 given the ultrasonic wave is moved on the line on which the cutting auxiliary lines are to be formed, so that deep grooves are formed in the printed portions, and the shallow grooves are formed in unprinted portions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
