<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed apparatus which suppresses the generation of wrinkles on the cover surface when a cover is installed to the frame section of the bed. <P>SOLUTION: The bed apparatus 1 includes: the frame section 20 which is formed of second frames 23 and first frames 21 and 22; the cover 30 which is formed in a manner to cover the frame section 20; thin recess sections 21a on both ends of which the first frame 21, which is one of the first frames, is formed, and which have a pasting section 21c; and thick protruding sections 21b which are installed between the recess sections 21a. The cover 30 includes: a top surface section 31 and side surface sections 32 and 33 which cover the frame section 20; a bent section 31a which covers the first frame 21, which is one of the first frames; and a fold section 32a which extends from the side surface section 32, and includes a to-be-pasted section 32b which is stacked with the pasting section 21c.
