<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window frame capable of surely arranging a caulking material at a portion where a window frame body is in contact with a cover body, and an attachment structure including this window frame. <P>SOLUTION: A window frame 2 of the present invention includes a window frame body 3 in which a flange part 5 is disposed on the edge of the indoor side of a tube body part 4 arranged in a window opening of a building skeleton, and a cover body 6 covering the front face of the flange part 5. When the cover body 6 is attached to the window frame body 3, a side face 41 on the central side of the tube body part 4 is in a flush state of a face 68 on the central side of the tube body part 4 of the cover body 6.
