A flashboard device, a frame and a case for a large communication device are disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention. The flashboard device includes a bearing plate (1), a buckle (6), a transmission part, an end plate (5), a handle (4) with a lock catch (42), and a cover plate (2). The handle (4) includes a gripe (41) and a tail part (43). The gripe (41) is located at the middle of the end plate (5). The tail part (43) is located between the cover plate (2) and the bearing plate (1). The transmission part includes a left transmission part (31) and a right transmission part (32). The left transmission part (31) and the right transmission part (32) are symmetrical along a midline of the handle (4). Each of the left transmission part (31) and the right transmission part (32) has a transmission member and a drive member. One end of the transmission member is connected with the tail part of the handle (4), and another end is movably connected with an end of the drive member. Another end of the drive member is movably connected with the buckle (6). By setting the handle at the middle of the end plate, the buckle and the transmission part between the handle and the buckle, operation is simplified, operation time and mounting cost are saved and safety hidden trouble of clamping hands is prevented.
