The present invention provides a method and system for dynamically adjusting bandwidth services, and a broadband policy system. The method includes: capturing the login information of a user accessing a network, and constructing the online information of the user; after receiving a request initiated by the user for switching a bandwidth service, carrying the new bandwidth service information of the user to be switched and notifying the information to a broadband access server; if a message for stopping an original bandwidth service and a message for starting a new bandwidth service sent from the broadband access server are received, after processed, the messages are forwarded to a Remote Authentication Dial-in User Service (RADIUS) server, then, the original bandwidth service resource is released and the new bandwidth service resource is started. The present invention enables dynamic adjustment for bandwidth services, enables the users to customize and control the network bandwidth which they need by themselves, and meets the personalized requirements of the users.
