<p>Light therapy systems and methods improve the use of healthy athletes' muscles before, during, and while recovering after athletic activity. LEDs increase blood flow, increase cell metabolism, and increase waste removal from treated areas of the user's body. Systems and methods for providing these benefits to the user are disclosed herein.</p>
