<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strike a balance between the quantitative extrusion of a kneading material and the stability of kneading performance, concerning a kneading extrusion apparatus for kneading several kinds of materials. <P>SOLUTION: The kneading extrusion apparatus includes: a barrel having an extrusion outlet from which a kneading material made of a first raw material and a second raw liquid material is extruded from the inside; a screw shaft arranged inside the barrel to knead the first and second raw materials and to form a kneading material in a melted condition; a screw driver which continuously and rotationally drives the screw shaft at a constant speed; a die which is communicated with the extrusion outlet of the barrel and has an extrusion outlet from which pressurized kneading material extruded from the extrusion outlet of the barrel is extruded to the outside of the apparatus; and a discharging device which discharges part of the kneading material extruded from the extrusion outlet of the barrel between the extrusion outlet of the barrel and the extrusion outlet of the die. The discharging device includes an discharging amount controller which controls the discharging amount of the kneading material so as to keep constant the pressure of the kneading material at the extrusion outlet of the barrel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
