<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask aid capable of smoothly preforming breathing or conversion by utilizing a commercial mask as it is without damaging a mask function for preventing the drying of a nose and the invasion of dust, pollen or a common cold virus. <P>SOLUTION: Since a space is formed between the gauze surface of the mask and a nose and a mouth by a lamellar mask support part extending to the upper vicinity of the mouth from the vicinity of the central part of a frame body, the choking sensation of breathing or troublesomeness at the time of conversation caused by the sticking of the mask to the nose and the mouth is eliminated.
