<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeling management system that enables, when a plurality of groups (such as a plurality of enterprises) are to be served as targets, label assigning rules and the like applicable to document files to be unified. <P>SOLUTION: This system has a service unit 100 comprising an ASP server 10 having a labeling management unit 11, and provides the respective systems of a plurality of enterprises (groups) or the like (including terminals 20 of a plurality of users) with labeling service to document files regarding assignment of labels by the users. A labeling unit 21 of each terminal 20, while accessing the ASP server 10, performs processing to set unified template information of the group (including information on label definition), processing to acquire template information to be applied to the terminal of the pertinent user, and processing to assign label information selected by the user on the basis of the applied template information to document files of the terminal information of the pertinent user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
